On Yuzu for instance, update it to the latest version, right click the game and select “Open Game Save Location” to find that folder easily and move my game saves into that folder. To use these save files on an emulator, they will be compatible, just look up instructions on where to put game save files for your emulator. Unfortunately I cannot help you directly, but you can find great resources on this subject on many sites such as GBATemp’s forums. To use these save files on a Nintendo Switch, you need to use a Nintendo Switch save manager such as Checkpoint or JKSV.
